1. How to order?

2. Can I pay with Credit Card?
Our reply: Yes, you can pay using Paypal with your credit card for order over RM100.
3. How long is the delivery?
Most orders (Except the custom-made costumes) will be despatched in 2 business days once the payment was cleared. Delivery usually takes 1-2 weeks.
For all the custom-made costumes, it takes about 3-4weeks for the costume to be finished. During peak period, it might takes longer time. Custom-made costumes delivery time frame is the same as other orders, 1-2 weeks after completion.
We will do our every efforts to make sure you receive the parcel in time but there can also be potential delays due to flight cancellation and customs clearance which are out of our control.
4. Where is my tracking number?
Our reply: We surely will email you the tracking number as soon as it is available. Please do not keep asking for tracking number as this affects our productivity.
5. Is this pre-order?
Our reply: Absolutely no, every single order is directly process after payment has been verified, stocks are send directly from our oversea warehouse to your door step, there is NO stopover or batch processing which take very long time like a pre-order.
6. Why the colour that i get is different from the picture shown on your website?
Our reply: There would be slight colour differences for the actual item and photo, different computer screen/handphone/tablet will always display a slight different colour scheme, as this cannot be avoided.
7. I lost/threw my bank-in receipts.
Our reply: We will need 7 business days to do the payment verification. Information needed: bank name, location of the bank, the amount, exact date & time, your order details etc.
Very Important Advice:
(a) To minimise/avoid confusion, please try transfer/bank-in the exact amount.
(b) Kindly attach and email/PM your clear copy of valid payment proof (e.g. bank-in slip) to email@example.com as soon as possible after you made the bank in / transfer to ezBeli's account. We will process your order(s) only after a payment proof is received and confirmed.
